Dandruff Killer: Selenium Disulphide. This ingredient can inhibit the unsaturated fat acid in the epidermal oil, reduce the content of fatty acid in the sebum, and also can prevent the growth of the epidermal cells of the scalp and reduce the generation of dandruff. Due to the outstanding anti dandruff effect of selenium disulfide, various brands have also launched shampoo containing this ingredient besides Fenhao's fragrance for shampoo.
